Use the channel that matches your request. Submitting a request does not itself authorize access to or disclosure of user information.

Privacy requests

Contact privacy@extendedemail.com for applicable requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information.

Extended Email verifies the identity and authority of the requester and determines the applicable legal scope before releasing information.

Legal process

Legal-process communications may be sent to legal@extendedemail.com.

Emailing this address does not establish the validity, enforceability, jurisdiction, or scope of a request. Extended Email independently reviews legal authority and requester identity before any disclosure. Extended Email provides only information that is legally required, technically available, and within the valid scope of the process.

Abuse reports

Report suspected misuse of the Service to abuse@extendedemail.com.

An abuse report does not entitle the reporter to information about another account, investigation, or enforcement action.

Security reports

Report suspected security vulnerabilities to security@extendedemail.com.

Do not send passwords, session tokens, private keys, recovery secrets, or unrelated user content. Security reports do not authorize access to Extended Email systems or another user's data.

Confidential company information

Extended Email does not provide confidential or proprietary company information through ordinary privacy, legal, abuse, security, or support requests except where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.

Important limitation

No contact request by itself gives the requester access to user information. Disclosure occurs only after Extended Email determines that the requester is properly authenticated or legally authorized and that disclosure is permitted or required.
